Occupational Therapy

A child’s role in life is to play and interact with parents, siblings, and other children. Our skilled & trained pediatric occupational therapists evaluate a child’s current skills related to play, school performance, and daily activities and help to close the gap in delayed developmental milestones. OTs specialize in addressing fine motor, visual motor, visual perceptual, and sensory processing skills, as well as social/emotional skills that children need to function and socialize, all while promoting independence.

Physical Therapy

Pediatric PTs focus on helping children reach developmental milestones, improve mobility, and recover from injuries. Treatment includes balance, motor control/development, neuromuscular re-education, manual therapy, strengthening, taping techniques, gait training, and sport-specific injury prevention programs.

Speech Therapy

Speech and language therapy supports your child through individualized treatment targeting communication disorders including comprehension and expression of language, speech sound disorders such as articulation, fluency disorders such as stuttering, feeding and swallowing disorders, and motor speech disorders such as apraxia and dysarthria. Speech and language therapy can also provide support for social communication skills, cognitive support following a concussion or TBI, support for late talkers or those with selective mutism, and more. We serve a diverse population including those with Down syndrome, autism spectrum disorder, cerebral palsy, fragile X syndrome, hearing loss, developmental delay, and more.

Handwriting Clinic

Do you have concerns about your child’s handwriting?  If your child struggles with handwriting, homework completion, organization of words on pages, or struggles in school with writing, join one of our six-week summer handwriting programs or we offer after school availability. Schedules vary based on age, skills and ability.  Groups are engaging for kids and kept small to maximize results.
