Office Manager

Vanessa is experienced in many different areas however her most recent endeavor was getting her Medical Billing and Coding certification. She has a background in a few different supervisory roles and is very passionate about the work that she does here at Foundations Pediatric Therapy.

When Vanessa is not working she loves spending time with her husband, 5 kids and her puppy. She loves to attend sporting events, band camps, festivals that her children are involved in. When she has some down time, some time out in the sun is her favorite thing to do.

Schedule Coordinator

Kaylee is a compassionate and organized professional with a heart for working with children. With a background in early childhood education and experience in teaching, she understands the importance of creating supportive and engaging environments for young learners. In her role she uses her eye for detail and love of structure to help everything run smoothly behind the scenes.

Outside of work, Kaylee enjoys life’s adventures with her husband and their beloved Australian shepherds. Whether it’s hiking, camping, or traveling, they love exploring together and look forward to starting a family of their own someday.

Receptionist

In her role she helps keep things running smoothly by welcoming our guests and assisting our staff with a positive attitude. Outside of work, she stays active and enjoys making the most of her time. She loves the gym, traveling and attending concerts, music is one of her biggest passions. She also enjoys a good movie and spending time with her closest friends and family.

She is currently in school starting her focus in business, while still staying in touch with her interest in occupational therapy. She's keeping her options open and exploring where her passions may lead her. She is the second oldest of 7 siblings, with five sisters and 2 brothers so she is no stranger to staying organized and adaptable!
