Office Manager

Vanessa is experienced in many different areas however her most recent endeavor was getting her Medical Billing and Coding certification. She has a background in a few different supervisory roles and is very passionate about the work that she does here at Foundations Pediatric Therapy.

When Vanessa is not working she loves spending time with her husband, 5 kids and her puppy. She loves to attend sporting events, band camps, festivals that her children are involved in. When she has some down time, some time out in the sun is her favorite thing to do.

Scheduling & Marketing Coordinator

Kaylee is a compassionate and organized professional with a heart for working with children. With a background in early childhood education and experience in teaching, she understands the importance of creating supportive and engaging environments for young learners. In her role she uses her eye for detail and love of structure to help everything run smoothly behind the scenes.

Outside of work, Kaylee enjoys life’s adventures with her husband and their beloved Australian shepherds. Whether it’s hiking, camping, or traveling, they love exploring together and look forward to starting a family of their own someday.

Billing & Receptionist

Lexi loves planning, organizing, and working behind the scenes while also connecting with families to help make therapy accessible and stress-free. Having been around Occupational Therapy her whole life, Lexi has seen firsthand how meaningful and life-changing it can be. One of her favorite moments is when kiddos stop by to share what they’ve been working on in therapy.

Outside of work, Lexi enjoys traveling, being outdoors, trying new foods, and spending time with her two beloved cats. She also has a creative side and loves cooking, writing, and making collage journals.
